As noted before, Tarpon Springs is on the west coast of Florida near Tampa. It is on the Anclote River in Pinellas County but near the Pasco County border. US 19, a major north/south highway in Pinellas County is one of the best routes. 

Nearby surrounding towns include Dunedin, Palm Harbor, and Holiday, all in Florida. Tarpon Springs is 30-45 minutes away from Tampa, 25 minutes away from Clearwater Beach and 10 minutes from Dunedin.
