MIAMI Realtors 20 Under 40 Awards Recognizes Young Realtors Making a Difference

MIAMI — The MIAMI Association of Realtors (MIAMI) and the MIAMI Young Professionals Network (MIAMI YPN) are honored to announce the 2023 class of 20 MIAMI YPN Realtors under the age of 40 who are demonstrating excellence in their careers, leadership and community involvement. This is MIAMI YPN’s fourth class of 20 Under 40 winners, one of the highest accomplishments for young Realtors in the nation’s largest local Realtor association.

 

“These young Realtors are continuing MIAMI Realtors incredible legacy of professionalism, customer service and commitment to our communities,” MIAMI YPN President Katherine Arteta said. “They are each excelling in one of the nation’s most competitive real estate markets while also making a difference in community organizations.”

 

The 2023 MIAMI YPN 20 Under 40 Class are: Katherine Arteta of LUXE Properties, LLC; Livan Bec Jr. of Lifestyle International Realty; Eddie Brown of Elite Realty Partners Inc.; Antonio Correa of Compass; Nina Englebienne of Coldwell Banker; David Gonzalez of The Keyes Company; Edward Guiardinu of LUXE Properties, LLC; Aundrea Hair of Elite Realty Partners Inc.; Ashlee Harry of Coldwell Banker; Simo Labriti of Keller Williams; Jinah Lawrence of Elite Realty Partners Inc.; Jordan Lederman of Fortune Christie’s International; David Nunez of Keller Williams Legacy; Priscilla Ortega of NXT LVL Realty; Cindy Summer Perez of Compass Florida LLC; Adriana Resendez of Coldwell Banker; Krista Richman of Melo Real Estate Group; Miguel Rodriguez of Lifestyle International Realty; Andros Sarduy of Synergy Realty Advisors and Sasha Valdes of Keller Williams.

 

Winners were once again selected by Main Street Organization of REALTORS® (MORE) in Chicago. MIAMI’s 20 Under 40 award recipients will be honored with a ceremony in early 2024.
