The Series C preferred stock will accrue dividends at a floating rate equal to Three-Month LIBOR plus a spread of 5.111% per annum. Three-Month LIBOR for the dividend period from April 15, 2023 to July 14, 2023 is 5.26029% per annum. As a result, the dividend rate for the dividend period ending July 14, 2023 is 10.37129% per annum. |
The dividend for each series of outstanding preferred stock is payable on July 17, 2023 to holders of record as of July 1, 2023.
