WASD continues to celebrate exceptional customer service

The Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department (WASD) is not only committed to delivering exceptional water and wastewater services, but also about creating ripples of positive change and innovation across our community.
This positive change starts with our Pebble Employee Recognition Program. This internal customer service-oriented initiative celebrates the dedication, creativity, and excellence of our employees who go above and beyond every day. The Department’s Pebble Program aligns with the Department’s commitment to providing safe, reliable service to its customers.
