Help improve transit services

You can play a vital role in helping improve transit services throughout Miami-Dade County as a Citizens’ Independent Transportation Trust (CITT) Ambassador. 

Once approved as a CITT Ambassador, you can earn mobility rewards by:

• Filling out surveys
• Participating in focus groups that will help the CITT, Department of Transportation & Public Works and municipalities enhance transit services
• Sharing transportation information via their social media channels

Rewards are earned in the form of points, that can be used for the following:

• Ride-share (Uber & Lyft credits)

Requirements

• Must use public transportation at least three times per week
• Provide feedback through mobile app
