The north tower has 6 residences and 7 stories, the south and east tower has 53 residences and 13 stories. Monad Terrace id design by the world famous and renowned Jean NewVeil. He is the designer behind the Loov.
The kitchen in this building has this dramatic cantilevered marble island fully integrated with gaggenau appliances.
The views from biscayne bay and the atlantic ocean is breathless.
