The Florida real estate market is about to get interesting. With rising interest rates the Florida housing market may start to experience some softening. While the Florida housing market has been red hot for at least 30 months we are starting to see some very small cracks, however, if you watch my video you will find much of the media has been blowing the real estate market downturn totally out of proportion. The Florida real estate market continues to have low inventory, however, pricing has started to drop some. With that being said, this is great news for buyers.
